Come to our next SoulCollage® workshop for Gig Harbor and University Place, WA, where we will learn how to access our intuition through a fun and creative process using everyday images. This workshop will focus on becoming familiar with Shadow energy, both our personal shadow and World Shadow, as we learn the SoulCollage® process as taught by founder Seena Frost. Everyone will have a chance to make multiple cards, including a Personal Protection card. No experience with SoulCollage® is necessary. All materials are provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase other supplemental SoulCollage® materials at the workshop for your continued practice.
There could not be a better time to learn about the Shadow and how it affects all of us personally and collectively. Be READY with EQUANIMITY for the second Tuesday of November and days following!
This workshop will be held in the serene and convenient Intuitive Mind gathering space in University Place: 2709 Bridgeport Way West. The cost of the entire day with all materials is $197 (+ tax). If you register and pay in full by October 15th, the early bird registration cost is $99. An advance depost of $50 is required to reserve your space. Space is limited to 20 participants to ensure everyone has individualized attention.
In addition to the workshop, your paid registration gives you a free 1 hour followup consultation with Karen (normally $200) and access to participation in scheduled "drop-in dates" for SC community-building during the year.
B.K, technology CEO, wrote after our last workshop: "What a treat and inspiration for the soul! I am so glad that I had the opportunity to experience the SoulCollage process guided along by an amazing teacher, mentor and coach. Karen will lead you to insights you don't even know you have in a way that's fun and transformative. Looking forward to the next workshop...bringing friends! "

"I Am My Beloveds" - Oct 2, 2016 Workshop in Gig Harbor, WA
"I Am My Beloved's and He is Mine" is a statement of relationship with the Divine from the book Song of Songs. Join me in a Fundamentals class as we create cards, learn to do card readings, and build community. SoulCollage® is based upon the science that 5% of our interaction with the world is using our conscious mind, while 95% of our interaction comes from the subconscious. By making fun and easy cards from simple magazine images, we learn to access our deepest intuition and to record the voice of our inner wisdom through collage in a way that we can refer to again and again.
In the rhythm of Fall, and back to school, SoulCollage® is a perfect way to commit to more deeply understanding all of who you are made to be, and to explore a regular practice that will enhance your spiritual growth, supporting your personal faith tradition whatever it may be.
For those who observe Biblical holidays, this workshop is an excellent preparation for the new moon on the Jewish calendar, as we enter into Rosh Hashanah at sundown.
The $65.00 cost of this workshop includes all materials, a light vegetarian lunch, traditional apples and honey, and, of course, chocolate! You will receive a kit for doing SoulCollage on your own at home. We start at 10am and end by 4pm.
The workshop location is in Gig Harbor. Address and directions will be provided upon registration.

One of our favorite places to visit whenever we get a chance is the Polihale State Park on the garden island of Kauai. Polihali is at the juncture between the wild, imposing cliffs of the Na Pali coast, and the western sandy island beaches that are arid and just as isolated. It is a trip that requires some preparation and a lot of resilience to deal with whatever the weather, and the pot-hole pocked, red-mud roads throw at your resolve. Intrepid travelers are rewarded with powder fine sand that goes for miles, and beautiful pounding surf that frames a view to the western horizon of the Pacific ocean. As one stands there on the rocks at the base of the southern-most cliff, it somehow makes perfect sense that the heiau there commemorates the ascension of the souls of the departed to the heavens. Allowing oneself to be open to that point of view seems to access a deep knowing that says there is more to the spiritual realm than we are often willing to admit.
That deep inner knowing emerged in our work today in our SoulCollage® workshop in Gig Harbor, WA. This time, the knowing was a personal understanding and discovery as we made cards that gave voice to our deepest self. All the participants today made cards that reflected part of their inner "committee". As we closed our workshop with a ceremony to honor the work done today, my heart was full as I witnessed the participants remark on the amazing process that is SoulCollage®. Our inner, remote, formidable barriers met the ebb and flow of powerful current of self-discovery - and made a place for souls to ascend, not to heaven, but to the beginning of a full expression of their worth, power, and sacred contract. We're not in Hawaii, but we created our own Polihale sacred ground at our closing ceremony today.
We're building community with SoulCollage® in Gig Harbor and Tacoma. Upcoming workshops are being planned for University Place, Gig Harbor, and an overnight retreat at Wellspring at Mt. Rainier. Contact Karen using the contact button on our home page or Narrowbridge page on Facebook.
These are some examples from my own cards of the intuitive imagery created in the SoulCollage®process. Some of these cards are made from a single image, others are more complex. You do not need any art experience whatsoever to create a card using this process. All the images are drawn from everyday sources like magazines and catalogues, or from your own source of photographs. When you come to an introductory workshop, I provide all the materials, including images for you to make your own cards. My current schedule of introductory workshops is posted here.
You can see more about SoulCollage® from this video, featuring the late Seena Frost, of blessed memory, the birthmother of SoulCollage®. Enjoy!
